Pari Danian is a photographer, sculptor, visual and culinary artist. She lives in Dallas Texas where she explores various art forms through nature and day to day living.
In 2009 Pari published “Palatable plate, cook like an artist” featuring modernized ancient Persian recipes. After a significant research she simplified the usage of life enhancing eastern spices and demonstrated how they can be incorporated into everyday cooking.
“paint your beauty from inside” was her motto when she fashioned the original Ceramic Artist Palate dinner plate and used it to present the entrees in this book. She brings the taste of the dish to life through her unique style of photography and appetizing setup.
in 2012, Pari published the Vook “poetry of relativity”. This video book contains live recital of a collections of her poems that document her life’s experiences traveling and living in different parts of the world. She gave a lecture on the process to other writers who could benefit from the Simon & Schuster multimedia publication.
Pari served as the president of the board of “Writers’ Guild of Texas” for three years after helping establish the guild in 2006.
Formerly Pari was a software engineer for corporations such as American Airlines, Texas Instrument and Lucent Technologies. Her educational background is in chemical engineering and pure mathematics. She grew up with parents who sculpted, designed and played musical instruments creating an environment that influences the style of her work today.
Currently Pari is active in photography, writing, drawing, sculpting, cooking and living an artful life with her family. “
